Nevermore
This unique and wildly theatrical musical combines haunting music and poetic storytelling to chronicle the fascinating life of iconic American writer Edgar Allan Poe. Originally produced by Catalyst Theatre of Edmonton, Canada in 2009 to commemorate the bicentennial of Poe’s birth (January 19, 1809), Nevermore has toured extensively, playing acclaimed engagements throughout Canada and in London at the prestigious Barbican Center. The show’s engagement in 2010 at New Victory Theatre was greeted by wildly enthusiastic audiences and sold-out houses.
